EthrA has no official release date yet. The Steam page currently lists the game as "To be announced", and no retail price has been announced either. (Status last checked: September 22, 2026 — this page is re-checked around official updates.)

Does EthrA have a release date?

No. The developer, StoneLab Games, has not announced a launch date on any official channel. Dates you may see on third-party database or aggregator sites are placeholders, not announcements — this page exists to give you the confirmed state instead.

Current development status

EthrA is in active development:

  • The full game is not released; there is no purchasable version yet.
  • The Steam Playtest is the only playable build — requesting it is not the same as buying the game.
  • The developers launched a Kickstarter campaign on September 8, 2026 to fund full-time development. A crowdfunding campaign going live does not fix a release date.

What platforms are confirmed?

Windows PC via Steam is the only confirmed platform. No console or mobile versions have been announced, and Steam currently lists no macOS version — see the Steam page guide for current requirements.

How much will EthrA cost?

There is no official price yet. Two things are certain:

  • The free playtest does not mean the full game will be free-to-play.
  • Kickstarter backer tiers are reward packages, not the retail price.

How to follow release updates

  • Wishlist and follow the game on its official Steam page for announcements.
  • Watch the official website and Discord, linked from the community channels page.
  • Check back here — the checked date at the top of this page tells you how current the status is.

Frequently asked questions

Is EthrA coming out in 2026?

No date has been announced for any year. Until the developers confirm one, no date should be treated as official.

Will EthrA be free?

Unknown. The playtest is free to request, but the full game's pricing has not been announced.

Does the Kickstarter delivery date confirm the launch date?

No. Estimated backer delivery times and the Steam release date are separate things; the campaign page itself does not promise a launch date.
